The EH ‘Food Cluster’ brings together an interdisciplinary group of faculty and community stakeholders who all have scholarly, teaching, and/or community engagement in food as a platform to further our understanding of the world. Members come from a wide range of discipline and programs in the college, including Art History, American Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Sustainability, and more. The cluster meets regularly throughout the semester to discuss how to develop further opportunities for faculty, students, and community members to learn about food and its relationship with different facets of our lives.
