Bard College will hold a one-day series of workshops and discussions in the style of THATCamp (The Humanities and Technology Camp) in RKC on Saturday April 18th, 2015. The unconference format is informal and participatory, and includes both hands-on workshops with digital tools like Omeka (digital archiving), Neatline (maps and timelines), and WordPress (blogs, interactive publishing), and opportunities for discussion about pedagogy and research. No prior experience or outside preparation required!

Digital Humanities pioneer Mark Sample (Davidson College) will lead a hands-on workshop, Literary Deformance as Digital Pedagogy, and deliver the Spring 2015 Mellon Experimental Humanities Lecture, “Warning: Infected inside, do not enter”: Zombies, the Liberal Arts, and the Digital Age.
