Air

There are a few options for air travel.

New York City

JFK Airport

This airport is accessible by train to and from Manhattan. Train travel will be also be required to reach Bard’s campus from NYC Penn Station (Rhinecliff) or Grand Central (Poughkeepsie). For a sample itinerary of travel from this airport to Bard campus may be found on the Bard Admissions website.

LaGuardia Airport

Either taxi to NYC Penn Station or Grand Central will be required to reach trains to Rhinecliff or Poughkeepsie. Public transportation as well as a private airport shuttle is available at the airport to reach the train stations.

Albany

Albany International Airport

Lodging

Experimental Humanities has reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Kingston.The conference rate is $109.00 per night (plus taxes).

Guests may book online at www.kingston.hamptoninn.com and input the arrival & departure dates and the special group code (where indicated) of EXH. Guests may also call the hotel directly (845-382-2600) give the dates of stay and give the group code of EXH.
